Konica Minolta bizhub C20 is geared with maximum optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi for both its scanning and printing functions. While it does not come with any hard disk drive, its memory is quoted at 576 MB, which can be expanded to 1088 MB. Its warm-up time varies depending on the type of documents; to get it ready to print color documents, it takes the unit 40 seconds to warm up while black and white documents takes 37 seconds. First copy time is quoted at 13.5 seconds for color and 10 seconds for black and white. Its copy speed is 20 pages per minute, both for color and black and white. This unit’s print speed is the same as its copy speed.

Konica Minolta bizhub C20 uses both Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed USB 2.0 for its interfaces, without apparent presence of wireless connectivity. The unit does not seem to have auto duplex printing system so maybe this would be a great downside that should be taken into account.
